The Ben Hogan Award, presented by crowne plaza

May 20, at Colonial Country Club.  The Ben Hogan Award, presented by Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts is a Black-Tie event held at Colonial Country Club annually to recognize the top male collegiate golfer of the year. In a Heisman-trophy like ceremony, the three finalists are presented and honored, and the winner revealed at the event. This year, two-time Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial champion Corey Pavin will be our guest speaker.  Past recipients and finalists include some of the PGA TOUR's young stars such as Rickie Fowler, Hunter Mahan, Bill Haas, Rickie Barnes, Anthony Kim, and Camilo Villegas.   Individual tickets and tables available. Nike Golf Youth Clinic, powered by Radio Disney

First, go to the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial for FREE on Monday, May 20th. The afternoon concludes with the youth golf clinic with a Nike Golf PGA TOUR professional at 5:00 p.m.  Also a special appearance by Radio Disney personality Spencer Boldman from the hit Disney show Lab Rats.  Click here to learn more about Spencer. 

Admission is free to the public on May 20th, 5:00pm.  Free parking and shuttle at TCU Amon Carter Stadium lot.  We'll have mascots, food provided by Chicken Express and Jack in the Box and thanks to Coke we will have beverages for everyone.  Courtesy of Nike Golf, the first 500 kids recieve a sleeve of branded golf balls and hats.

The Women's Pavilion - an onsite experience and meeting place for tournament participants to engage and learn about wellness issues. Open to all tournament attendees, The Women's Pavilion is making its national debut at THE PLAYERS and will continue at 10 other PGA TOUR events this season. The Women's Pavilion will offer a unique, educational experience with championship-style educational games and other interactive health-related activities. Astellas leaders will be available for interviews and can provide additional information.

 Help win a Kaboom Playground for Fort Worth and compete with other PGA TOUR events while recording your steps at Colonial!

Fans sign up at the Humana expos at Bank of Texas Fan Fest and the 13th Hole Concession.  You'll receive a free pedometer, wear it at Colonial, return to the booth to record your steps no later than 5 p.m. each day.  At the end of the tournament each day, top steppers will receive prizes and if Colonial OUT-STEPs all other PGA TOUR stops by play's end, the playground is Fort Worth's!  

Crowne Plaza Lounge

May 22-26, 2013. Relax and Enjoy daily in the Crowne Plaza Lounge Tent (open to the public), located in the central part of the golf course (to the right of #10 fairway). While enjoying an expanded menu of food and beverages we will have video boards and up-to-date live scoring all located here. New THIS YEAR in the courtyard is the ULTRA Bar and TX Tavern. Our official radio partner ESPN Radio, and the ESPN GAME DAY BOOTH will broadcast live.  Here is the schedule;

Henry House Hide-a-way

It's a Skybox for Kids!!! Due to the popularity of this venue, we have expanded the Henry House Hideaway. Hosted by the Henry House Foundation (J.J. Henry, PGA TOUR professional and TCU Alum), the venue is FREE and open to all children. Please join us behind the Colonial stone right of #10 fairway stocked with complimentary lunch (served at 11:30 a.m.), activities, T-shirts and a front row seat to all the golf action. The tent will be open Thursday through Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. We would like all children enjoying the tournament to stop by and enjoy the Hideaway!  FREE Bike parking Saturday and Sunday! 

May 25-26, 2013 We encourage fans to use the Trinity Trails and ride their bikes to the tournament on Saturday and Sunday. Emerge from the trail at Rogers Road next to the east end of the golf course, follow the signs to lock your bikes on our bike racks at the Streams and Valleys Tent near the corner of Rogers Road and Colonial Parkway in Log Cabin Village.

Check in at the tent, and proceed to the main tournament entrance a short distance away. The tournament will donate $10 to Streams and Valleys for each fan using the Trinity Trails to get to the tournament.  You must have your ticket prior to entry, tickets are available online.
